Life in Movement wins at Cinedans!

Life in Movement takes out the Dioraphte Cinedans Jury Award and the joint audience award at Cinedans Festival in Amsterdam.

The jury said the film was a "dramatic and moving document" and that Liedtke was "a considerable talent who reminds me of the young Pina Bausch". High praise indeed to the wonderful Tanja Liedtke, about whom the film was made.

The Jury award carries 7500 euro prize money, one of the largest for a dance on film festival.

The audience award also went to Life in Movement alongside another documentary.

Chuffed.
