Closer Productions' work with Jason Hollamby from Sideways on the Oscar’s Law campaigns has earned Jason a much coveted CHAIR award at the recent AADC Awards in Adelaide.
The AADC Awards recognises the most creative, standout and inspiring work to come out of South Australia. The awards are judged by a world-class judging panel of from around Australia to international standards, showcasing Adelaide's top creative talent on the international stage. The AADC Awards have a reputation for being one of the best in the industry because the work is independently judged by peers working from outside South Australia.
Only seven chairs were awarded from almost 400 entries, of which the Oscar's Law campaign won a Chair for Best Digital Campaign of the Year. A further two awards were also won by Oscar's Law, in the prestigious "Big Idea" category and the now highly competitive "Digital Social Media Campaign" category.
Closer has collaborated with Jason for many years, most recently creating two viral video spots (the first reaching over 250 thousand hits in just a few days) for the Oscar’s Law campaign. We are thrilled that this campaign has taken on so much momentum, and for such a great cause.
