Our feature doc In My Blood It Runs was in the middle of it’s cinema release when COVID-19 really hit us here in Aus, bringing it’s successful run to a swift end. Knowing that health and safety was paramount, but still wanting to bring the film to you - the impact and producing team changed track, and have organised an entire online release!

You can now watch the film online one of two ways:

They are kicking off with four special event online Virtual Cinema screenings and Q+A’s with filmmakers and partners from April 17th - 19th. This way you can watch the film at the same time as others and take part in an interactive question and answer session immediately after. Like being at the cinema!

Watch in your own time by renting the film for a limited time only on Vimeo on Demand

For more info and to sign up for updates, head to www.inmyblooditruns.com

Fundraising for Indigenous communities: 30% of all online screening profits will go towards immediate crisis response work of our partner organisations Children’s Ground and Akeyulerre Healing Centre in Alice Springs to support communities to prepare for and face the health impacts of coronavirus. A further 20% will go directly towards supporting those in the film to stay safe during this uncertain time.

After the immense effort of our team to pivot to a virtual release, we’re thrilled to announce that the online screenings have raised over $15,000 in funds for our partner organisation Children’s Ground, and continue to grow.

Children’s Ground is working to establish an Arrernte-led school on Dujuan’s homelands in Alice Springs.

We continue to be inspired and awed by the work of our impact team.

We’re stoked to announce that Maya Newell’s feature doc has just been sold to PBS (US public broadcaster) and will screen as past of their series POV on 21st September 2020.

The first Australian film to do so in 10 years! Read about it HERE

A massive congratulations to the whole filmmaking team, Dujuan and his family.
